Welcome!

I'd like to welcome you all to my food blog, Flexiraw. This blog will consist of posts highlighting the kinds of foods that I'll be preparing and sharing photographs of with you all. The foods will range from cooked to Raw foods, even Raw Vegan foods. As someone who's transitioning from an entirely cooked foods diet to a more flexible one, for me at least, to one that has raw/or raw vegan foods in my diet, I look forward to sharing some of my insights with you all as this is a journey for me in both body and soul as I work towards a healthier lifestyle.
