I apologize for the long wait in posts, it's been about a month and a half since I last posted. I've been busy with trying to transition myself into a raw diet, which is not an easy thing to do by any stretch of the imagination. Well, it's not easy for me anyhow. However, I haven't given up yet and I continue to limit my intake with the hopes that I remain consistent. Chances are that I'm meant to be on this journey. I went up to Saratoga Springs, NY last month with my parents and aunt for my little sister's graduation from Skidmore College. I love Saratoga Springs! While I was in Saratoga Springs, I purchased some raw food cookbooks. The following books are the ones I purchased:
I still have some more raw food cookbooks to purchase, I might branch out to vegan ones as well.
